TRADE AND COMMERCE BANK - IN OFFICIAL LIQUIDATION ("TCB")

On 5 July 2002, TCB was placed into Provisional Liquidation by an order of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands. It entered official Liquidation on 29 August 2002. The current joint official Liquidators are Mr. G. James Cleaver and Mr. Richard E. L. Fogerty of Zolfo Cooper (Cayman) Limited (formerly Kroll (Cayman) Limited) in the Cayman Islands.
